A delegation led by The Hon. I. Chester Cooper, DPM and Minister of Tourism, Investments & Aviation, along with Minister Clay Sweeting, Minister for Agriculture , Marine Resources and Family Island affairs, traveled to Georgetown Guyana for the Caricom Agri-Investment Forum and Expo.
