This is the party of the year on Long Island and it is a great way to bring in the New Year! It is open to hotel guests and the general public and the resort goes all out for the many guests that usually attend. A large, scrumptious buffet-style dinner is provided, along with a number of pastries for dessert. There is live entertainment by a local band, plus there are prizes, limbo-dancing and fireworks. Reservations are required, due to limited seating, and dress is formal.
This fair raises funds to assist with the maintenance and building projects of the seven Catholic churches on the island. Native dishes, music, games and fun for the whole family will be available.
Enjoy an evening of music, singing, and holiday merriment at the Long Island Library & Museum in Buckleys.
