Pineapple Fest
First introduced in 1988, this annual festival is a celebration of the tradition of pineapple farming in Eleuthera, and honors the pineapple farmers for their outstanding contributions to the community.
Annual Backyard Festival
During this annual festival, the entire Fig Tree area on Bay Street is transformed into a "Backyard." Locals and visitors get together to celebrate Bahamian culture, music and crafts. It also features live band performances and a Junkanoo rush-out by two groups.
Palmetto Point Homecoming
This annual festival celebrates the culture and heritage of Palmetto Point. Activities include live band performances, fashion and cultural shows, an art competition and games.
Coastal Awareness Clean-Up: Harbour Island
This activity is designed to educate the community about sustainability and the importance of protecting their natural resources – the environment and the coastline. The clean-up will focus on beaches, harbors and marinas
