Dr. R. Kenneth Romer is a proud Bahamian Nation Builder. Over the past 25 years, he has served in key senior level executive roles in both the Private and Public Sectors throughout The Bahamas, UK, Europe, USA and The Carib- bean that represents the Education, Aviation, Tourism and Hospitality, and Corporate and Civic Communities.

He holds a Doctorate Degree with specializations in Leadership and Organizational Management as well as academic and professional credentials from Harvard University, University of The Bahamas, University of The West Indies, Cornell University, James Madison University, Florida Atlantic University, The University of Maryland, University of Queensland Australia and New Covenant University, among others. He holds specialized certifications in both Contract and Aviation Laws; FAA Private Pilot; Human Resources Management; Executive Leadership; Educational Leadership; Tourism, Hospitality and Travel Management; Creating Innovative Business Models, and Infrastructural PPPs among others.

A Certified Behavioral Analyst, he is a member of The International Institute of Certified Professional Managers, Society of Human Resource Managers, Joint Board of Teacher Education-UWI, Global Sustainable Tourism Council, Global United Governing Council, The American Association of Airport Executives and The Bahamas Tourism Readiness and Recovery Committee. The recipient of numerous leadership awards, he continues to serve his country through many civic, community and statutory appointments.

A Sr. Associate Pastor at Mount Tabor Church and a John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker, he most recently served as an Executive Director with The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation with responsibility for Airlift, Cruise, Yachting, Quality Assurance & Brand Management, Research and Statistics, Sites and Facilities and Visitors Safety, Guest Services and Special Projects.

He is married to Crystal and has two children; Kenedee and Harper.
