NAGB Art Exhibitions

These exhibitions at The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas (NAGB) showcase the exceptional works of renowned master Bahamian artist, Chan Pratt, and mid-career artist Tessa Whitehead. They both challenge creative expression, inspire conversation, and evoke strong emotional responses from viewers.

Experience Majority Rule

You can celebrate Majority Rule Day and learn how it all came about at Clifton Heritage National Park!

During the entire month of January, the Heritage Tour Experience provides a unique reenactment of the event with packages for walk-ins and Bahamian residents only. Park and beach access are included, and you also have the option to add lunch. Performances will take place at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. each day.

Feel Free Event

This event, hosted by The New Beach Club, allows participants to celebrate life, family, and friends, by just having a 'Down Home' good time. There will be special pricing for food and drinks, plus games, competitions, music, dancing and a bonfire with Smores.

Berry Islands Heroes Festival

This three-day festival, a major fundraiser for The Berry Islands Heroes Day Committee, celebrates the islands' heroes with accolades, pump and pageantry. It includes a beach day with a variety of events — games, sailing, volleyball, and other competitions — plus food and drinks will be on sale and there will be performances by Bahamian musicians.

In addition to Dannenberg Beach, activities will also take place at Tamboo Club.
