Barraterre Homecoming Festival & Regatta

This festival is held each year on the weekend of the Whit Monday holiday. It features three days of sailing with Class 'C' sloops, games like Hoopla, quadrille dancing, plaiting of the Maypole, delicious native dishes on sale, native crafts on display, Rake and Scrape music, plus other exciting entertainment, including the Marching Band and a Talent Show.

The Long Island Regatta is an event that locals and visitors look forward to each year. This year folks will come together to watch their favorite A,B, & C class boats race for the top prizes. There will be food, drinks, games, and regatta merchandise on sale for anyone to purchase.

The Pineapple Festival is a yearly celebration in the Gregory Town, Eleuthera area. During this time descendants return home to visit relatives and friends that they haven't seen in a long time.
