This one-woman show — written, arranged, and performed by Thespian Terez Davis-Nixon — will give you a taste of the best in Bahamian Drama and Comedy. She will take you on an emotional journey that will examine the strengths and weaknesses of historical women, such as Abolitionist Sojourner Truth, and some of the leading women in The Bahamas in areas of politics and religion.

Prejudging for this Bodybuilding Fitness Physique Wellness & Figure competition will begin at 9:00 a.m. Entrance fee is $10 at the door. The finals will be held at 7:00 p.m. with tickets available in several categories:

The Traveling Caribbean Film Showcase (TCFS) is being presented in several Caribbean islands, screening more than 20 films from around the Caribbean. Films will be shown in Nassau, February 19 – 21, 2018, from noon to 9:00 p.m. on February 19 and 21 and on February 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All screenings are free to the public. The Bahamas will host the Games for the eighth time since it was started by the Caribbean Free Trade Association (CARIFTA) in 1972. Only countries associated with CARIFTA may compete and The Bahamas has won the Games four times – in 1980, 1981, 1983, and 1984.
The Tru Tru Bahamian Festival is a celebration of “all things Bahamian” and will showcase the best of The Bahamas, just in time for Valentine’s Day! There will be delicious, authentically Bahamian food and drink, an incredible array of Bahamian made products, talented Bahamian musicians, and The Royal Bahamas Police Force band will also perform.
This archery tournament, organized by Archery Culture in Nassau, Bahamas, will have categories for adults and youths, amateurs and professionals to compete and win a Bahamas vacation, or cash and prizes.
This two-week exhibition, organized by Viva Physio & Wellness, is a collaboration of art and social awareness for the network of people who give their time, love, and energy to those undergoing treatment for or having succumbed to Breast Cancer.
