Disney Cruise Line Cast and Crew Spread Holiday Cheer In Nassau and Abaco
Throughout the month of December, Disney Cruise Line cast and crew members take time out to spread holiday cheer, bringing Disney characters and small gifts to deserving children across The Bahamas and Caribbean. Disney VoluntEARS also join together in supporting annual toy collection programs organized by the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign.

Impacting more than 2,500 children in communities across Disney Cruise Line ports of call, the efforts are a part of a longstanding tradition of Disney VoluntEARS giving back during the holidays.
From now until Christmas, Crew members onboard Disney ships and on Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, will make special trips to hospitals, schools and care facilities in six unique ports of call. They will be joined by Mickey Mouse and the Disney characters to deliver toys and smiles to deserving children.
Crew members also support shoreside cast members in Central Florida, donating toys to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program that collects and distributes new toys to deserving children throughout the holidays. Shoreside cast members further participate in the United Way Adopt-a-Family program to provide families with clothing, gifts and toys to celebrate the season.
