People-to-People Tea Party: Nassau & Paradise Island

On the last Friday of the month during January, February, March, April, May, October and November at 3:00 PM.

Attend a tea party at the historic Government House in Nassau, and be greeted by the Governor General. The tea is hosted by various prominent Bahamian women, and you can enjoy local bush teas, live music, view a fashion show by local designers and sample locally made sandwiches and pastries. It is available from 3:00-4:00 p.m. on the last Friday of each month, January-May and October-November. Transportation is provided from a number of hotels. Admission is free.
